CadoMotus wins Hoogeveen World on Wheels but is then disqualified.

With no video footage, no report from the judges and nothing to go on but Elma de Vries' word, Angeline Thomas was disqualified and relegated to 16th place for 'apparently' crossing into the path of Elma de Vries and obstructing her from sprinting. CadoMotus tried to protest when the head official said it was not allowed and then began announcing the results over the speaker.
